One of the most common ways to work in the US

This visa is granted to individuals

Individuals who possess at least a Bachelor's degree and specialize in fields such as IT, finance, architecture, medicine, science, and others.

VisaFormServices can help employers file H1B petitions for their employees,

as well as assist employees from around the world in finding companies likely to sponsor them for an H1B visa.

The H1B Visa is highly competitive due to an annual visa cap and its potential to lead to a Green Card. Successful petitioners can live and work in the US, extend their stay, change employers during their H-1B status, and stay with their dependent spouse and children (aged under 21) in the US.

Visa Validity

The visa has a validity of three years, with the option to extend it up to a maximum of six years. Failure to comply with the visa requirements can result in losing legal status and even deportation.

To Apply!

To apply for the H1B Visa, individuals must have a minimum of 12 points, which can be earned through a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from the US or equivalent education and work experience. Points are awarded based on three points for every year of college studies and one point for every year of work experience. The standard H1B filing fee is currently $460, but it is subject to change.

PAYMENT:

Payment for the fee can be made electronically or in cash at a specified bank, and a profile must be created on the US Visa Service website to schedule an appointment and ensure the correct amount is paid. The fee is valid for one year from the date of payment, and individuals must schedule an appointment within one year for their visa interview.

VISA TYPE:

H4 Visa is a visa for dependent of H-type visa holders, including spouses and children under 21. It does not grant permanent residency but allows the holder to live, study and work in the US. The visa’s validity is dependent on the sponsor’s visa, which is usually the spouse or parent with an H visa. The H4 visa holder can work part-time or full-time, start a business, and continue to be eligible for an EAD even if they do not seek employment. The visa application requires several documents, such as a passport, photograph, visa interview appointment letter, and online DS-160 form.

THE JACKET

The L1A visa is for foreign directors or managers being transferred to their company’s US offices. The USCIS issues the visa, and it requires the employer and employee to meet specific requirements. The employer must have a qualifying relationship with the international branch/subsidiary/affiliate that employs the applicant, be doing business in the US and at least one other country during the visa holder’s stay in the US. The employee must have been working for the international employer for at least one year in the preceding three years in an administrative, corporate, or technical area of expertise, and their prospective job in the US must be within the same fields.

FOR SPOUSE:

The L2 visa is for the spouses and dependents of L1 visa holders, allowing them to live in the US temporarily, study full-time, and apply for an Employment Authorisation Document to work in the US. The R1 visa is for those who want to work in the US as religious workers, requiring a part-time job in a religious position or as a minister, and a bonafide religious charitable organisation membership.
